TWO WAYS TO WORK WITH APHRODITE
At Aphrodite Media, authors can work with us in two distinct ways: through the Aphrodite Atelier, our author development and editorial practice, or through Aphrodite Books, our selective publishing house. One is designed to develop and strengthen an author’s work; the other is dedicated to acquiring and publishing exceptional books.
FINISH & REFINE YOUR MANUSCRIPT
Aphrodite partners with authors to develop, strengthen, and refine manuscripts for publication. Through close editorial collaboration, we help identify what is working, what needs deeper attention, and what will make the book stronger as a whole.
Our goal is to bring each manuscript across the finish line with greater clarity, cohesion, and confidence while preserving the voice and vision that make it distinctly yours.
PUBLISH WITH APHRODITE BOOKS
Aphrodite Books is our selective publishing house, developing distinctive fiction and nonfiction by women with the potential for lasting cultural and commercial impact.
Authors seeking publication consideration may submit completed manuscripts through our independent submissions process. Participation in the Aphrodite Atelier is neither required for nor a guarantee of publication by Aphrodite Books.

Prospective Atelier authors should begin by submitting an application. If your project is selected for consideration, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Working with Aphrodite on your manuscript does not guarantee publication by Aphrodite Books. Publishing decisions are made independently through our editorial acquisition process. We are highly selective and evaluate submissions based on editorial fit, narrative strength, market positioning, and long-term vision of the author.
