Aphrodite Media is a women-led, author-centric boutique media company dedicated to developing work that entertains, inspires, and endures — beginning with publishing and expanding into a broader creative studio for storytelling. Why We Exist
Founded by Rachael Eckles, author and media entrepreneur, Aphrodite Media was born out of her passion for storytelling that empowers, ignites change, and elevates discourse. Her mission: build a media company where authors are valued, craft is honored, and impact is real.
After navigating the challenges of bringing her own novels into the world, Rachael recognized a need for a boutique publishing experience, one that values artistic integrity, editorial quality, and author experience equally. The pressures on corporate media led to the expansion of the original vision. Aphrodite Media is that expansion and includes three verticals, Aphrodite Books, Aphrodite Talks, and Aphrodite Productions, with two constants: a commitment to a positive author experience & impact woven through all our work.
